Answer the points below in the form*

  • Write the date of the course.
  • Required number of instructors for teaching. (In case of a larger number of children)
  • Required teaching time. (09:00-16:00 - lessons always commence on the hour)
  • Alternative lesson time in case of unavailability of first choice

  • Skier's ability: 
    - Beginner
    - Intermediate (can stop with a snowplough, turns, goes on the lift)
    - Advanced (skis without difficulty on medium-difficult slopes)

  • In case of more children and more dates, please provide details - eg: Karel Vomáčka - 19.1. from 9:00, 20.1. from 10:00 etc ...
